Our CEO, Dr Rob Endicott is the Vice Chair of the Association of Dental Anaesthetists, a great organisation bringing together dentists, medical and nurses, anyone involved in the sedation or general anaesthesia of the dental patient. Whether its Primary or Secondary care, we get to learn from each other and Rob says “since being a member of the ADA, I have really enjoyed the open discussions with medical and dental colleagues about the care of sedated patients. We all share the same goal, to make sedation and anaesthetics safe and an effective, routine treatment for dental patients, and reach out to the thousands and thousands of people in the UK whose anxieties get in the way of getting the dental care they need. I am very excited to be Vice Chair and hope to take the association forward in 2023 to become a great place for colleagues to collaborate, share ideas, get advice and get fired up about anaesthesia!”
The ADA is a society which brings together all team members involved in sedation or GA in dentistry, whether that’s primary or secondary care, dentist, medics, anaesthetists, medical and dental nurses.
We’ve got a great range of speakers covering topics like Hypnosedation, RA, Sedating young people, a new sedation scale and an update on Remimazolam.
There’s also a £250 essay prize for a case study, research or survey in the field of dental anaesthetics and all details are available on the ADA website.
Book today for an early bird discount or join the ADA and get a discounted ticket anyway!
